Locums-to-Permanent Consultant-Liaison Psychiatrist Job in Long Island, New York
Jackson and Coker is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Consultation-Liaison Psychiatrist for a locums-to-permanent opportunity in Long Island, New York. This role offers a six-month contract with a seamless transition to a permanent position.
Position Details:
--Contract: Six months with permanent placement afterward
--Hours: Monday through Friday day shifts
--Patient Load: 4–10 patients per day with resident support
--Clinical Setting: Med/Surg, ICU, and TCU
--Patient Demographics: Primarily adults, with some exceptions during weekend call
--Call Responsibilities: Shared weekend call and weeknight phone call rotation
--CL Fellowship: preferred but not required
