Step into a key academic leadership role as the Psychiatry Residency Program Director, responsible for guiding all aspects of a well-established Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program. You will oversee curriculum development, resident evaluation, faculty coordination, accreditation compliance, and overall program excellence. The program includes 28 residents across four training years by an Assistant Program Director and a dedicated Program Coordinator. This full-time position includes 30 hours per week for program leadership and 10 hours of clinical practice in the Adult Outpatient Department, allowing for a balanced blend of education, supervision, and patient care. *This opportunity is ideal for a board-certified psychiatrist with a strong commitment to training future clinicians and advancing high-quality mental health education. Candidates must have at least five years of post-residency experience, including a minimum of two years in a Residency Program Director or Assistant Director role.
