Psychiatrist Locums Job in New York | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #113175

Coverage Details
-- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
-- Credentialing timeline: As soon as possible

Call Details
-- Weekend call ratio: 1:4
-- Weekend call may include crisis unit evaluation for children (transfer to adolescent facility if admitted)

Requirements
-- Board Certification
-- ACLS
-- New York license at the time of submission
-- Clean background due to quick credentialing 
-- Must be available full time

Assignment Details
-- Setting: General adult behavioral health unit
-- 30 beds split between 2 physicians; approx. 15 patients per provider
-- Total inpatient beds: 63
-- Inpatient team: 3 physicians (plus 2 locum openings)
-- Outpatient team at full staffing: 5 physicians and 1 APP
-- Safety/Security: 24/7 security guards; all staff attend codes
-- EMR: EPIC
