Job Description
--Behavioral Health Center is seeking a BC Psychiatrist
--Start 11/18/24 until 2/18/25
--Support staff: 3 APPs in UC/obs unit, either an APP or resident in the FBC, APP in each ED
--Mon-Fri 8a-5p no weekends
--Coverage Type: Scheduled, No call
--Schedule Details: 5 days per week Mon-Fri 8a-5p no weekends
--EMR/Charting Software: EMR, tele psych
--Avg. Daily Census: average group size is 6 pts, UC average 10-20
--Patient Age Group: UC: 5+ age, if under the age of 16 and need observation/FBC, will go to a different facility
--Requirements: NC state license, BLS, DEA, Must feel comfortable triaging children and adolescents
