Psychiatry Opportunity

Hospital employed position with a very well established inpatient unit. This is a 28 bed adult and geriatric unit with an average daily census of 25 patients.

There are currently 3 Psychiatrists and 2 Psych NP's on staff. Call will be 1x4 and is telephone only during weekdays, with rounding required on weekends.

A lovely community in northeastern North Carolina, and only about 1 hour south of Norfolk, VA. The Outer Banks, Raleigh and even Washington DC are all within very reasonable driving distances. Community is medically underserved and loan repayment options exist.
