Psychiatrist Locums Job in North Dakota | Beginning August | Assignment #109999

Coverage Needed: Beginning 8/18/2025

Shift description: 8am-5pm, night call 5pm-8am, 24 hour call on weekends

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified, Board Eligible
--North Dakota State license required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
--Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Adult Psychiatry
--Malpractice – to be provided by the physician or the locum agency
--Availability at time of name clear
--BLS
--DEA
--Seeking out a 1.0 FTE Psychiatrist to serve our inpatient adult psychiatry unit and potentially round once a week in the adult partial hospitalization program depending on inpatient census.
--EMR: Epic
--Support Staff: Registered Nurses, Mental Health Techs, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Social Worker, Adolescent Psychiatrist, Manager, Director
--Reason for Coverage: To increase adult census
--Credentialing Timeframe: As soon as possible
--Admissions per day – Depends on the need, on average now we see 2-4. Patients/day – Goal is 12-18
--Types of cases – Behavioral Health: Suicidal ideation, active aggression, etc.
