Job Description
Seeking a locum inpatient BC Psychiatrist to start beginning January 2025
• Start Date:ASAP
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 2 weeks per month
• Shift Details: 24-hour call coverage starting at 8a on first shift and ending at 8a on last shift.
• Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off (sometimes 12 days or 14 days depending on weekend call schedule rotation)
• Patient population/age: adult
• Support staff: Psychiatric Mental Health NP (PMHNP)
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills required: Responsible for overnight call (admission orders and to address any other emergent issues- restraint, need orders, etc.).
• Requirements: active PA license, DEA, minimum 1-2 years of experience
