This residential treatment facility is located in Northern Vermont and provides structured psychiatric services for young adults in a supportive residential environment. The facility maintains an average census of 10 patients with an average length of stay of 6-7 months, focusing on substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and related mental health conditions. Services are delivered via telehealth, allowing clinicians to support patient care remotely within this residential treatment model.

The clinician will deliver services via telehealth to patients residing in the residential facility, with an average census of 10 and a caseload of approximately 5 patients per day. Prescriptive authority is required for this position, and call requirements are negotiable.
