- One week per month, flexible on days
- At outset, 3/4 of patients expected to be new
- 60+ minutes for new evaluations, 30+ minutes for follow-ups
- Ages 8+ in clinic, mostly adult patients
- Most frequent cases: depression, PTSD, opioid addiction
- Fellowship training or C&A certification a plus
- Comfort with Suboxone preferred
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
