- Full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule; no required call
- Must supervise APPs (PMHNPs/PAs)
- Must have a West Virginia medical license (or have the ability to obtain)
- Graduating fellows are accepted
- Must have completed a 4-year residency
- BC or pending BC (within 3 years of training)
