Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health services within an integrated healthcare setting in the greater Los Angeles region of southern California.Position Highlights: Full-time, on-site role Mondayand#8211;Friday schedule (7:30 AMand#8211;6:30 PM) Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Deliver direct behavioral health care: assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, care coordination Serve diverse patients across the lifespan and across a wide range of behavioral health needs Use evidence-based approaches: brief therapy, problem-solving therapy, behavioral activation Partner with medical providers, psychiatrists, families, and community agencies for integrated care Connect patients with insurance, community resources, and support services Participate in treatment planning and behavioral health consults Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance Contribute to a culture of compassion, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence Help individuals and families improve overall health and quality of life Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field (MSW, MA, or equivalent) Active California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required Current CPR certification Minimum of 3and#8211;5 years of clinical experience required Supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of: Integrated behavioral health models Mental health recovery principles Harm reduction practices Crisis intervention and behavioral management Age-specific growth and development HIPAA regulations and behavioral health compliance standards Clinical documentation and healthcare administration practices Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferred FQHC or nonprofit healthcare experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred Compensation/Benefits: Annual salary: $90Kand#8211;$100K 403(b) retirement plan Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Professional, mission-driven work environment Opportunity for career growth and continued professional development The Community: Enjoy the best of Southern California living with a unique combination of affordability, wide-open spaces, and convenient access to some of the regionand#8217;s most sought-after destinations.
