Psychologist OR Mental Health Counselor Philadelphia, PA
Remote Position
We are looking for an Actively Practicing Psychologist or Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our practice remotely in Pennsylvania. This incoming Psychologist/Therapist will be an independent contractor to our group providing high quality patient care, individualized psychotherapy. Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD, have a minimum 1-year experience as individually licensed practitioner, and be bilingual in English/Spanish. This is a part time position to start with the potential to increase hours.

Job Duties:
·Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
- Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances.
- Progress Monitoring: Meet regularly with the Care Team to discuss patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s ESG goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, PsyD, or PhD)
- Minimum 1 year experience as individually licensed practitioner
- Actively practicing
- Bilingual candidates
- Access to high-speed internet
- Ability to analyze and interpret information to plan appropriate interventions
Compensation:
- $60+/ hour
