?? Job Summary:

Kaire is seeking a U.S.-licensed physician to join our innovative healthcare platform as a Supervising/Consulting Physician for the purposes of enrolling with Medicare under CMS Form 855I. This role is critical to enabling Medicare reimbursements for our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Telehealth services.

This is a part-time, primarily administrative and oversight position, ideal for a physician with experience in population health, digital health innovation, or telemedicine.


?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the listed physician on Kaire’s CMS 855I enrollment application.

  • Maintain active and unrestricted medical licensure in the United States.

  • Review and co-sign care plans, RPM data, or clinical assessments as required by Medicare billing guidelines.

  • Provide clinical oversight and support compliance with Medicare CPT billing codes (e.g., 99453, 99454, 99457, 99458).

  • Collaborate with nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and the Kaire technology team.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and CMS regulations related to RPM and virtual care services.


? Qualifications:

  • MD or DO, board-certified and in good standing.

  • Active and unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.

  • NPI number required.

  • Eligible for Medicare enrollment (CMS 855I).

  • Prior experience with RPM, CCM, or telemedicine preferred.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and EMRs.
