- Loan repayment; $15k for relocation assistance

- 1 week of IP ICU, 2 weeks of OP pulm, and IP pulm as needed
- Option for sleep medicine
- Ion is a plus; EBUS required
- Mix of pulm/cc duties; see 15 - 20 patients per day in the clinic
- 2 hours from Omaha
