Job Description

Your (Login for Information) recruiter will be your advocate assisting you with contract negotiation, including pay, benefits, and incentives with insights into facilities and national market trends.
Contact Timothy McLean (Login for Information) (Login for Information).- Closed ICU system with multidisciplinary rounds (nurse, APP, pharmacy, and others)
- Good work-life balance with 1 week in the ICU and 3 weeks in the outpatient clinic
- Physician extender / APP on service every day
- Average of 1:4 call; weekends, total call time, and holidays shared equally with the entire group
- At-home phone coverage at night with the in-house hospitalist providing most emergency care
- Given weekdays off to compensate for any weekend call
- Access to POCUS, organized rounding, an active IR program, and supportive specialty physicians
- Teaching opportunities with the family medicine residency program
