Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Outpatient Pulmonary Physician to join an innovative healthcare team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing high-quality outpatient pulmonary care, conducting inpatient consults and procedures, and leading a team of advanced practice providers. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care and services.
- Conduct inpatient consultations and perform pulmonary procedures.
- Supervise and provide guidance to advanced practice providers.
- Collaborate with support staff to implement innovative care models.
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with local primary care providers.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in pulmonary medicine.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified pulmonologist with a focus on outpatient care.
- Active state medical license in Georgia, Arizona, or South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
- 2 to 20 years of relevant experience in pulmonary medicine.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care and diagnosis.
- Willingness to supervise mid-level healthcare providers.
- M.D. or D.O. with pulmonary credentials (sleep certification is preferred).
- No history of malpractice
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $325K, with the potential for a total compensation package up to $675K.

- $1,500 annual CME stipend and medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
- 3 weeks of vacation plus 9 federal holidays.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, on-site work required 5 days per week.
- Flexibility to work 1 week per month on locums to maintain credentials.
