Top-quality health system in Eastern Indiana is looking for a Pulmonary / Critical Care specialist with a block schedule for exclusively inpatient care. You will serve over 285,000 residents to eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. This organization seeks a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join their Intensivist team. Only one hour from Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Great schools and an excellent work/life balance.7 on/7 off schedule as well as 16 days of PTO a year.  100% inpatient position.  6-8 patients per day with 2-3 admissions per day, as well as 2-3 pulmonary consults.  $500,000 base salary.  $5000 per AP supervision.  $100,000 sign on bonus.  $250 per hour for onsite services for additional site coverage.  $31 per hour for unrestricted call coverage.  $5000 CME.  Residency stipend available.  Staffed with APP Mon-Fri 7a-3p.  Fully staffed with an APP on nights resulting in an extremely low chance of being called back in overnight.  One hour to Indy and Cincy, 30 minutes to Dayton Ohio.
