Job Description
This pulmonary-critical care group was built intentionally to allow physicians to practice medicine without unnecessary clerical burden. With strong APP support, documentation assistance, and leadership that values physician input, this is a place where providers build long-term careers.
The Role
Combined inpatient pulmonary/ICU and outpatient pulmonary practice
Open ICU with diverse case mix
APPs provide first call and inpatient support 24/7
Procedures optional
Sleep medicine optional

Schedules created one year in advance
Administrative team manages scheduling and coverage adjustments
Team-oriented, collegial environment
Schedule & Coverage
Morning inpatient rounds / afternoon outpatient clinic
1:3 weekend rotation
Weekly rotating night call
Home call model with in-house NP coverage
Compensation & Benefits
$450,000 base salary
Productivity bonus after year one
Partnership track
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Full benefits, CME, PTO, malpractice
