Radiation Oncology Locums Job in Colorado | Monday - Friday | 6/15/2026 - 8/7/2026 | Assignment #115012
Coverage Details
-- June 15 – June 19
-- July 20 – July 24
-- August 3 – August 7
-- Ongoing coverage TBD; would mostly be vacation coverage
-- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days standard; 30 days for temps
Shift Details
-- Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
-- No weekend coverage
-- No call requirements
Requirements
-- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
-- Active Colorado license or IMLC
-- Active DEA - highly preferred (transferred DEA accepted if maintained for duration of assignment)
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Review offline review documents
-- Supervise treatment including SRS and SBRT
-- CT simulation
-- Verification simulation
-- See OTV patients
-- Consults and follow-ups
Assignment Details
-- Outpatient setting; no trauma
-- Average daily volume: 16–20 patients on treatment
-- Average 8 consults per week and 5–6 simulations per week
-- Case mix includes breast, prostate, lung, CNS, GI, GU, and palliative
-- EMR: Epic, Aria
-- Treatment planning system: Eclipse
-- Equipment: Varian TrueBeam
-- Support staff: LPN, MA, and dedicated radiation RN
