Radiation Oncology Locums Job in Illinois | Clinic Hours + Limited Call | Immediate and Ongoing| Assignment #95956

Coverage Needed:
-- Immediate and ongoing
-- Call: limited and depends on dates secured
-- Clinic hours 8am-4:30pm, with some inpatient consults
-- Weekdays, M-F, 40 hours/week

Requirements:
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Active Illinois license and DEA/CSR
-- COVID Vaccine required

Job details:
-- Patient population: 100% adult, inpatient/outpatient
-- Average of 20-30 patients on treatment daily
-- Procedures: 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, follow-ups, OTVs
-- EMR: EPIC
-- Level III trauma center
-- Support staff: 2 RNs, 5 radiation therapists, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 2 front desk team members, 1 physician
