The schedule:
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No nights. No weekends. Predictable, balanced lifestyle.

Recently upgraded to Eclipse Treatment Planning System
Implemented ARIA Electronic Medical Records
Varian 2100 currently in place
Planned acquisition of Varian TrueBeam within 12-18 months
Open to physicians specializing in Brachytherapy
The program has the patient volume to support growth, and the current physician plans to remain full-time alongside the incoming physician—ensuring a smooth transition and collegial partnership.
Compensation and benefits:
$573,000+ base salary guarantee, higher for more experience
wRVU (regional median)
Up to 6% performance incentive once on RVU model
Large recruitment incentive (negotiable)
6 weeks paid time off
CME allowance plus 1 week off
