An outpatient cancer center is seeking a Radiation Oncologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Eastern Montana.
This Monday through Friday position involves seeing approximately 1214 on-treatment patients per day and 45 radiation oncology clinic patients daily, with occasional months reaching 67 clinic patients per day. There are no call requirements, and Fridays offer a more flexible, slower-paced schedule. The provider will work alongside a Radiation Oncology NP who assists with follow-ups, as well as a dosimetrist and physicist. The facility is equipped with TomoTherapy and Accuray technology.
Dates Needed: Sept or Oct , full-time, ongoing
Case Load/PPD: On treatment – about 12- 14 per day, rad onc clinic patients – 4-5 per day (some months could be more with 6-7 per day)
