Job Description
Facility seeking locum Radiation Oncology Physician for PRN coverage to help with vacation and FMLA leaves
- Schedule: M-F, 8a-4p
- Permanent providers will handle call
- Other Radiation Oncologists present, 1 APP for support
- Avg 20 outpatient patients/day; 1 inpatient/day
- EMR: Mosaiq, Epic
Required: BC Radiation Oncology
- OH license or willing to obtain, BLS
- NPDB Self-Query within 30 days
- Must do: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, MRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
