- Documentation System/EMR: Epic for EMR, Mosaiq for RT Treatment
- Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes
- Required: OH license, BLS/ACLS, Self-Query NPDB report
