Interventional Radiology Locums Job in Arizona | Beginning July | Assignment #109329

Shift description:
--Consecutive coverage for 7 day stretches. Day shifts (8a-5p) on campus plus home call overnight after 5pm. Weekends are home calls. Can expect to do some cases over the weekend. 
--Average worked Callback Hours: Weekday <1 hour; Weekend 5 hours

Details/Requirements:
--Board Certified (preferred), Board Eligible (will consider)
--Arizona License (will accept IMLC)
--Intervention Radiology Fellowship
--ACLS, DEA
--Malpractice (clean preferred)
--Required Procedures range from venous access/biopsies to TIPS, trauma, DVT/PE work - NO neuro IR
--EMR: Cerner
--Support Staff: 3 IR MD , two APP. US and CT procedure rooms as well as two angio suites. Average day is two MD and one or both APP
--Reason for Coverage: Actively recruiting to fill roles in growing team
--Average of 10-15 procedures/day
