Interventional Radiology Locums Job in Tennessee | Weekday + Call Coverage | Beginning May 1 – Ongoing | Assignment #113784

Coverage Details
-- Multi-site coverage across Tennessee and Georgia
-- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Shift Description
-- Weekday onsite IR coverage: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-- Weekday call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-- Weekend and holiday call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM

Requirements
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible
-- Active Tennessee and Georgia licenses (IMLC considered)
-- BLS and ACLS required due to moderate sedation use
-- Active DEA
-- Malpractice history: Clean preferred

-- Biliary stents and drains
-- Percutaneous nephrostomy
-- G-tube placement and exchange
-- J-tube repositioning and exchange
-- Abscessograms
-- Peritoneal drains
-- Chest tubes
-- Kyphoplasty
-- Lumbar puncture
-- Blood patch
-- Intrathecal chemotherapy injections
-- Spinal injections
-- Diagnostic arteriography
-- Venograms
-- Arterial catheter placement
-- Venous vascular catheter placement
-- Thrombolytic interventions
-- Thrombectomy 
-- Venous embolization
-- Arterial stenting
-- Angioplasty and venoplasty
-- IVC filter placement and removal
-- TIPS
-- Y-90 therapy

Assignment Details
-- Interventional Radiology services provided in hospital-based and ambulatory settings
-- Diagnostic imaging across hospital, outpatient, mobile, and fleet sites
-- Support staff: Two Physician Assistants on staff
-- EMR: Epic; imaging via McKesson PACS and Merge PACS (breast imaging)
