About the Clinician's WorkdayThe diagnostic radiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services at a critical access hospital, interpreting studies across emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Primary responsibilities include managing 80-100 general diagnostic cases daily while performing light interventional procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, drainages, CT biopsies, and fluoroscopy examinations. The clinician will work day shifts covering multiple imaging modalities including plain film, ultrasound, CT, MR, and nuclear medicine with no call requirements. The position requires board certification in Diagnostic Radiology.
