About Our Organization
SCVMC hosts four residency programs and one fellowship training program, and partners with Stanford University SOM and Stanford Healthcare for the clinical training of medical students, residents, and fellows. SCVMC is an ACS-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, a Level 2 Pediatric Trauma Center, an ABA-verified Burn Center, a Primary Stroke Center, a Level 4 NICU, and a nationally recognized CARF-accredited Rehabilitation Center. Owing to its geographic location and specialty offerings, SCVMC not only serves the County, but also the larger region.
Providers in our health system also have the opportunity to use our integrated electronic health record (Epic), which brings together systemwide patient information. The Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) recognized SCVMC for achieving its highest level of success (Stage 7), based on our continuous innovation and optimization of our inpatient and outpatient EHR.

About the Department
Our Department of Radiology presents a unique combination of living in the highly sought after Bay Area, high level clinical care, and a teaching program consisting of our own extremely competitive Residency training program and Stanford residents. Physicians joining our department are pleased to find a collegial work culture that focuses on patient care and teaching. This allows for a hybrid work environment with a fun, lively in person environment balanced with the flexibility of remote work.
About the Position
The ideal candidate for this position would be fellowship trained, but this is not a requirement. Due to rapid system expansion, any subspecialty training in diagnostic radiology will be considered. This opportunity allows for flexibility in subspecialty training and general radiology, and there is an opportunity for this role to be a hybrid (onsite and telework) position.
