Job Description

Southern California Group Seeks Additional Rads – Sign on Bonus!  

Join our happy placements!  Community based hospital Radiology practice of 5 (4 Diagnostic and 1 IR) seeks additional Radiologists to join their team.  The practice services a 107 bed acute care hospital and diagnostic reads to local clinics and urgent care facility.  Average RVU for an 8 hour weekday shift is 50-60.  Mix is approx. 15% CT/MRI (more CT than MRI for sure), 60 XRays, 25 US.  There are occasional Nucs studies, not enough to really matter.  The group targets 120 reads per 8 hour shift.   Ideal candidates will work (either on site or fully remote) Monday – Friday (they have three shifts:  6am – 2pm,  8am – 4pm and 12 noon – 8pm PST.)  Weekends and holidays are 8am – 7pm.  No week night call as nighthawk is in place at 8pm.  Weekend call average to every 5th.   Will consider a 4 day work week without weekends!  Carestream Vue PACS and the voice recognition and reporting template software is built into the PACS.  Remote Telerad -  Read from the comfort of your home.  Take your pick from either 6am – 2pm PST or 12 noon – 8pm PST.  Full time Rads receive 500k salary first year with productivity incentives, Sign on bonus, 10 weeks off first year, 12 weeks in 2nd year.  Equal salary and time off after first year, full partnership/voting rights after 2nd year.  No buy in partnership earning mid 600’s with new hires.  Full benefit package includes 3k CME, malpractice with tail and more.
