A hospital is seeking a radiologist for locum tenens coverage.
Relax in a kayak, enjoy a scenic game of golf, or explore historic sites all in East Georgia.
This position follows a Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule with no required weekends. Call is optional but appreciated, occurring every fourth week from Monday 5 PM to Monday 5 AM at MCG. The role is supported by five part-time physicians, with no APP support. Responsibilities include chest and general radiology (excluding mammography) with no procedures, handling approximately 27 adult studies per day. Board certification (BC) is required, along with hospital privileges at MCG locations in Augusta, GA. Candidates must hold a GA license, BLS certification, and be able to supervise as a locum.
