Details/Requirements:
--Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm + 1 weekend/month
--Onsite diagnostic with fluoroscopy and light IR
--No call
--Paras, thoras, lumbar puncture, thyroid FNA
--XR, US and do fluoro/IR followed by CT/MR if time allows
--70-100 studies per day
--Level 3 trauma
--Board Certified DX. No fellowship necessary
--Indiana license or IMLC + CSR + DEA for onsite coverage
--Creds in just 4 weeks
