What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Diagnostic Interpretation
- Interpret and report on a wide range of imaging studies, including X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, CT, and MRI.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable results that support the treatment decisions of primary care providers and specialists.
Patient-Centered Consultations
- Provide clear, consultative communication with referring physicians to guide clinical decision-making.
- When necessary, offer insights to patients about diagnostic results in partnership with their care team.
Collaboration Across Care Teams
- Work closely with our internal medicine, women’s health, cardiology, and urgent care teams to deliver coordinated care.
- Participate in case reviews, clinical rounds, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Adhere to all regulatory, accreditation, and internal quality standards (including ACR, CMS, and state regulations).
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts in imaging accuracy, patient safety, and workflow efficiency.
Support Technological Innovation
- Leverage our advanced imaging systems and work with IT teams to ensure imaging software and PACS systems operate at peak performance.
- Provide feedback on imaging protocols, upgrades, and diagnostic tools that improve workflow and outcomes.
What You Bring
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with specialization in Radiology.
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (or eligibility within 1 year of hire).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Michigan or ability to obtain.
- Fellowship training in Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal, Women’s Imaging, or Body Imaging preferred but not required.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical radiology experience (new grads with strong training will be considered).
- Experience interpreting a full range of imaging studies, including cross-sectional imaging and breast imaging.
- Familiarity with outpatient diagnostic workflow is a plus.

- Comfortable using PACS/RIS systems and electronic health records (EHR).
