Job Description
A thriving independent hospital located just one hour south of Fargo, North Dakota, in Mid-Minnesota, is seeking a BE/BC Radiologist to join their dynamic team. The Opportunity
Enjoy daytime hours with virtual radiology on weekends/after-hours coverage
Opportunity to engage in both diagnostic radiology and light interventional radiology procedures, including joint injections, biopsies, and ultrasound-guided interventions
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a supportive team, including orthopedics and APPs

Compensation & Benefits
$602K Guaranteed Salary from day one, with a wRVU productivity bonus above the 75th percentile, yielding potential to earn over $1M annually
150K Sign-On Bonus
6 weeks PTO, 2,000 CE allowance, paid malpractice insurance, relocation allowance
Federal and state student loan repayment programs
401(k) annual employer contribution of 10% match + additional deferred comp plan
Shareholdership in the group is offered after the initial term, with a buy-in of only $100
