Rheumatology Hospital Based job located in Indiana

Seeking a full time or part time BC/BE Rheumatologist 
--Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
--Flexible full-time or part-time schedule
--Call expectation: 1:4      
--Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
--Join 3  physicians, 1  advanced practice provider, and a seasoned support staff who specialize in the care of patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases. 
--This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patient-centric care, high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.
--Average inpatient volume: varies
