Rheumatology job located in Massachusetts

A 170-provider multispecialty group in southeast Massachusetts is adding a Rheumatologist. In addition to 40 Primary Care physicians, who represent a wide variety of medical and surgical specialists. They pride themselves on excellent training, extensive experience, and careful attention to evidence-based and cost-effective care.

About the Opportunity:

• The current rheumatologist covers a thriving outpatient specialty practice, serving a large adult population. However, any additional age groups or areas of interest/expertise would be welcomed and supported by the group.
• This practice would be focused on outpatient care with no inpatient call or responsibilities
• Office-based procedures can be accommodated, if desired
• Offer on-site Imaging (CT, MRI, Bone Density), Physical Therapy, and Laboratory
• Physician-owned group, stable and profitable for nearly 30 years.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The salary is commensurate with the candidate?s training, expertise, and skill set, and Physicians are eligible for corporate bonuses after 1 year and eligible for partnership after 3 years with minimal buy-in.
