Rheumatology Multi Specialty Group job located in New Jersey

We are seeking a rheumatologist to provide coverage 1–2 days per week at our fully staffed Secaucus office. This is an ideal opportunity for a currently employed physician in NJ or NY looking for an additional revenue stream. It will take 2-3 months to get the provider credentialed with New Jersey insurance plans after signing the contract.

The provider will work as an independent contractor on a revenue-sharing model. Providers comfortable seeing at least 3-4 patients per hour will do well in this model. Practice aims for provider reimbursement of approximately $200/hour or more after overhead. Actual earnings will vary based on payer mix and provider collections.

Please ensure absence of non-compete conflicts prior to applying. Providers with fluency in Spanish and a commitment horizon of a year and longer (given the intricacies of revenue cycle management) are more likely to find success in this model.
