Thriving Oncology practice in "physician-friendly" Indiana is seeking another Rheumatologist due to demand for services. You will work alongside experienced physicians and three Advanced Practitioners. Large referral base and immediate patient load awaits! Office conveniently located on main hospital campus with easy access to inpatient hospital. Only one hour from Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Great schools and an excellent work / life balance.Income Guarantee (Years 1-2) / Annual Draw (Year 3+): $325,000.  Compensation per wRVU ("Greater Of" Y1-Y2, Pure Productivity Y3+): $57.  Sign on Bonus: $60,000 (amortized over 3 years).  Student Loan Assistance: $50,000 (amortized over 5 years).  APP Supervision: $5,000 per 1.0 FTE.  PTO: 32 Days.  Seeking an experienced Rheumatologist who will take a lead role in the setup and development of a general rheumatology practice..  Full-time hospital employed position, Schedule: Monday-Friday.
