Coverage Details
-- December 1, 2025 – June 1, 2026
-- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-- Outpatient Sleep Disorders Clinic

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Sleep Medicine and/or Neurology training
-- BLS
-- MA State License – Highly Preferred (Providers willing to obtain will be considered)

Practice Details
-- Adult: 90% | Pediatric: 10%
-- Average Patients Per Day: 10–13
-- Physicians in Group: 3
-- Advanced Practice Providers: 1

-- 1 Medical Assistant
-- 3 Customer Service Representatives / Schedulers
-- Home Study / CPAP Coordinator
-- Day Supervisor
-- Night Tech Supervisor
-- 4 In-Lab Technicians
