Cardiothoracic Surgery Locums Job in Florida | Full-Time or Part-Time Coverage | July Start | Assignment #108205 

Coverage Needs:
--Coverage: Full-time or part-time coverage for late July and ongoing
--Inpatient Rounding, 7:00am-5:00pm
--Rotating Night Call, 5:00pm-7:00am

Assignment Details/Requirements:
--Temporary privileges available
--Three Cardiothoracic Surgeons, team of Surgical PAs, Open Heart – ICU APRN’s, office based APRN’s
--1500 cardiothoracic cases per year
--Required procedures: All aspects of Cardiac, Aortic, and Lung Surgery with the exception of Esophageal
--Facility requires 50 Thoracic and 50 Cardio case logs
--Facility Information: Trauma Level 2, ~360 staffed beds
--EMR: EPIC
--Active Florida License- REQUIRED
--Letter of Board Eligibility of Board Certification in specialty- REQUIRED
--NPDB (within the last 3 months)and Primary Source Case Logs (12 months)- REQUIRED
