Dates of Coverage: As soon as Credentialed and ongoing
Details/Requirements for Assignment #111686:
-- Two weeks a month ongoing
-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS certification required
-- Indiana licensed or active IMLC required
-- 24 hour call with rounding
-- Level 2 Trauma
-- Call Ratio 1:3
-- 10–15 patients seen, 20 phone consults
-- Cerner
