The hospital seeks locum assistance for pediatric cardiothoracic surgery coverage. The facility maintains a dedicated CVOR team including scrub technicians, registered nurses, and first assistants. A dedicated OR room is available to support surgical procedures and emergent cases.

The locum will provide call relief for the group one weekend per month with 24/7 call coverage while on assignment. Responsibilities include availability for emergent surgical needs including ECMO cannulation in the CICU or NICU for VA ECMO. The position involves cardiac procedures and bedside ECMO cannulations with support from a dedicated CVOR team.
