Cardiothoracic Surgery Locums Job in Nebraska | 24-Hour Call | 6/14/2026 – 1/2/2027 | Assignment #114266

Coverage Details
-- 6/14/2026 – 1/2/2027
-- Required urgent coverage: 6/24 - 6/30 and 6/30 - 7/6

Shift Description
-- 24-Hour Call, 7am-7am
-- Average callback hours: 4-6 hours

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery
-- Must be licensed in Nebraska or IMLC
-- ACLS, BLS, DEA 
-- Procedures/skills include Standard Thoracic surgery, ECMO cannulation, CABG
-- Case log of 100 open cardiac cases and 50 thoracic procedures in the last 2 years

Assignment Details
-- Level I trauma facility
-- EMR: Epic
-- Duties: Hospital rounds on CTS patients, OP and IP consults, OR coverage for cardiac surgery and some thoracic trauma
-- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
