Cardiovascular Surgery Locums Job in Ohio | Specific Dates of Coverage | June Start | Assignment #109281

Coverage Needs: 
-Schedule: Clinic, 7:00a-5:00p + Night Call, 5:00p-7:00a + 24-Hour Call, 7:00a-7:00a

Specific Dates:
-6/27 (5p) - 6/30 (7a) - 24-hour call
-6/30 - 7/4, (7a-5p) hourly and (5p-7a) night call
-7/5 (7a) - 7/7 (7a) - 24-hour call

Assignment Details/Requirements:
-Temporary privileges available for June start
-License: Ohio license required
-Duties: Round on inpatients on CV Surgery service and be on call for emergent procedures
-Setting: Inpatient and Clinic
-Required Procedures: CABG, Thoracic, Vascular (*preferred, but not required)
-TAVRS not required
-Support Staff/Team Structure: PA, NP, MA for office, Office supervisor, 24-Hour Anesthesiology
-Volume:
*Average caseload for CT surgery inpatient: 4-6 patients
*Average Clinic day: 10-12, will only schedule patients that need to be seen in regular surgeons absence. 
*Surgical Caseload: 1-2 CABG per week, other surgical cases 5-7 average.
-Requirements: Board Certified, Ohio license, ACLS
-Facility Information: Trauma level 2, >150 staffed beds, >20,000 annual ER visits
-EMR: Meditech
