Job Description
Specialty: Board Certified in Cardiovascular, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery
Hospital Location: Springfield, OH
Dates: 5/29 (7a) - June 26 (7a) and After 2 months, will need sporadic coverage
Setting: Coverage is for call and locum will assist in the office/clinic setting.
Clinic hours: 7a-4p - Mon-Fri
Reason for need: provider had a medical emergency and could not cover
Full-service acute care hospital: yes
Practice Caseload: Adult 100%; Hospital 100%
Physicians in practice: 1; Mid-levels: 2
Onsite lab and x-ray: yes
Documentation System: EPIC
Support Staff: APPs
Total number of beds: 250; ICU beds: 6
License: Ohio
Required procedures:

- Coronary artery bypass surgery
- Congenital defects
- Valvular repair/replacements
- Aneurysm repair

- Esophagus/diaphragm surgeries
- Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal)
- Ventilation management
- Bronchoscopy
- Evaluation & management of acute vol/BP issues
