Cardiovascular Surgery Locums Job in Indiana | Full Time + Call | Beginning ASAP | Assignment #112255

Coverage Details
-- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-- Anticipated scheduled/elective cases on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
-- Duration: 1 year

Shift Description
-- Weekday coverage with unrestricted call during the week
-- Every other weekend call; must respond on-site within 30 minutes
-- APP and Pulmonary Critical Care provide weekend rounding support

Requirements
-- Active Indiana license and IN DEA & CSR
-- Board Certified in Cardiovascular or Cardiothoracic Surgery
-- Must provide case logs if requested
-- Procedures: Isolated CABG, CABG/AVR, AVR
-- Ability to support interventional cardiology and electrophysiology teams

Support Staff
-- APP with First Assist capability
-- Anesthesia with TEE capability for OR
-- Perfusion, first assist, cardiac nursing, and clinic staff

Additional Details
-- Approximately 100 pump cases
-- EMR: EPIC
