Jackson + Coker's valued client in Central Mississippi needs Cardiovascular Surgery locum tenens 24-hr call coverage. This opportunity starts in late June & through mid-August minimally due to unforeseen medical circumstances that requires one of their surgeons to take time off. Due to this need being unanticipated & urgent, the facility is looking for candidates with an active MS medical license and can start ASAP. Are you available? 

Details/Requirements for Assignment #109834:
-- Active Mississippi license required (we can assist you via IMLC if you have a LOQ)
-- Board Certification required
-- Seeking 24-hr ED call coverage with duties to include: daily patient rounding, emergent procedures, new consults, follow up consults as needed 
-- Seeking candidates that are skilled in Cardiothoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery 
-- APP Support available at the hospital 
-- Facility details: 500+ bed facility, level 3 trauma center, EPIC EMR
-- City has an international airport located ~20 minutes away 
-- One of the largest cardiovascular units in the state, has a busy & active surgery program & high procedural volume (not limited to but including TAVR, mitral repair, CABG, valve surgeries).

Support Staff:
-- Can look forward to a dedicated valve center, hybrid OR & a strong team of interventional + general Cardiologists to work alongside of 
-- 2 Staffed CVT Surgeons, one of which will be absent due to unforeseen circumstances 
-- Large in-house Hospitalist team (24/7)
-- Full anesthesia support 24/7
-- APP support that will be available 24/7 and available for 1st assist
