Cardiovascular Surgeon Locums Job in Utah | Call Only | November and December Holiday Coverage
Dates of Coverage (24 hour call coverage):--June 16-22
--July 7-13
--August 11-17
Description/Requirements for Assignment 105855:
* Board Certified or Eligible
* Active Utah license and DEA
* Daily patient volume is 5
* Practice does about 80 hearts per year
* Support staff: one APP, one MA, one MOS and one RN
* EMR is Meditech
