Cardiovascular Surgery Locums Job in Washington | Full-Time Ongoing Coverage Beginning 9/1/2025 | Assignment #110960

Coverage Needed:
-- Ongoing coverage starting no later than 9/1/2025

Shift Description:
-- M-F, 7am-5pm Inpatient rounding (No Call) + Night Call (beeper)
-- Sat-Sun, 24-Hour Call
-- Share call after hours and weekends
-- Call response time of 30 minutes

Requirements:
-- Must be Board Certified
-- Fellowship preferred
-- ABLS, ACLS, and ATLS certified
-- Must be licensed in Washington or IMLC

Required Procedures:
-- General CV/thoracic surgery (Open and Endoscopic)
-- Coronary artery bypass surgery (On and Off Pump)
-- Congenital defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.)
-- Valvular repair and replacement
-- Aneurysm repair (Cardiac and Aorto-Thoracic)
-- Left ventricular assist devices
-- TAVR
-- CABG
-- Vent management
-- Evaluation and management of acute volume/blood pressure issues
-- Insertion of Central line, Arterial line, PA catheter, and IABP
-- Permanent pacemaker placement
-- AICD (Automatic Internal Cardiac Defibrillator)

Assignment Details:
-- EMR: Epic
-- Temporary privileges available/expedited credentialing available! 
-- Supervision of Advance Practice Providers (APPs)
-- OR and rounding
