One of Connecticut&'s fastest-growing multi-specialty groups has an opening for a Colorectal Surgeon in southern Connecticut, close to the seacoast.

About the Opportunity:?

• Join?one?other Colorectal Surgeon?and 2 other General Surgeons
• Call coverage every?4th?day and every?4th?weekend
• Surgical procedures and scopes?are performed at three local hospitals and ASC throughout their catchment area

Compensation/Benefits:

• Partnership offering in 3 years - $1,000?administrative fees, there is no buy-in to PACT
• MSO shares would be offered for purchase at fair market value?after being a Partner for 6 months
• Market Rate Salary with wRVU Incentive Bonus
• Sign-on bonus
• Moving expenses are covered in full with receipts
• 85% of the monthly health benefits cost

• $3,500 annual allowance for CME
