Surgery-Colon Rectal job located in Connecticut

One of Connecticut's fastest-growing multi-specialty groups has an opening for a Colorectal Surgeon in southern Connecticut, close to the seacoast.

About the Opportunity: 

• Join one other Colorectal Surgeon and 2 other General Surgeons
• Call coverage every 4th day and every 4th weekend
• Surgical procedures and scopes are performed at three local hospitals and ASC throughout their catchment area

Compensation/Benefits:

• Partnership offering in 3 years - $1,000 administrative fees, there is no buy-in to PACT
• MSO shares would be offered for purchase at fair market value after being a Partner for 6 months
• Market Rate Salary with wRVU Incentive Bonus
• Sign-on bonus
• Moving expenses are covered in full with receipts
• 85% of the monthly health benefits cost
• STD, LTD, and Life Insurance 
• $3,500 annual allowance for CME
• License, DEA, hospital privileges, etc
